106 WINNERS
SHOWCASING ENGINEERING EXPORT BRILLIANCE (2021-2022)

EEPC India’s Export Awards are the most prestigious awards in the exporting com- munity where we celebrate and honour the achievements and suc- cesses of engineering goods’ ex- porters from the micro, small, me- dium and large categories.

National Awards have had a history of over 54 years where more than 100 Exporter members are reward- ed every year grouped in different categories.

This year we are rewarding a team of 106 winners for 106 awards for their brilliance in engineering ex- ports.

The winners are real champions as they have performed under tre-mendous adversities following un- precedented medical crisis caused by the COVID-19 led Pandemic. Global economic activities virtual- ly came to a stall from the begin- ning of 2020 as countries across the world imposed complete lock- down to protect mankind and glob- al trade was severely damaged by supply disruption. It was indeed a tough job and the awards are much deserved.

The fiscal year 2021-22 marked a significant milestone for India, with engineering exports surpassing USD 100 billion for the first time, reaching an impressive USD 112 bil- lion. This achievement reflects the resilience, adaptability, and innova- tion of the exporting community.

Looking ahead, the government has set an ambitious target of USD 118 billion in engineering exports for the fiscal year 2024-25, aiming for yet another record-breaking performance. The exporting com- munity will rise to the occasion and make this target a reality, fur- ther solidifying India’s position as a global leader in engineering ex- ports.

The government has taken pro- active steps to strengthen India’s trade position through strategic trade agreements.

The government’s vision of achiev- ing USD 300 billion in engineering exports by 2030 is bold. Achieving

this target would also require dou- bling India’s share in global engi- neering exports from the current 1.2% to at least 2.5–3%.

To make this leap, we focus on:

  • •Upgrading our value chain with high-technology products
  • •Diversifying export markets to mitigate risks and capture new opportunities.
  • •Enhancing quality and innova- tion to meet global standards and demands.

India has created a strong econom- ic base and is poised to achieve the status of a developed country by India@2047

Our champions would steer the country to this
